The Beach Haven Fishery, Stuffed Burgers

The Cheddar Bacon Stuffed Burger and The Blackened & Blue Burger

The Cheddar Bacon Stuffed Burger Build:

A half-pound Black Angus burger, cheddar cheese, chopped white onion, ciabatta roll.

The Black & Blue Burger Stuffed Burger Build:

A half-pound of blackened Black Angus meat, blue cheese, bacon, ciabatta roll.

Comments:
These off-the-menu beauties were the brainchild of none other than sous chef Vincent "Vinny Bones" Nilio. This “Juicy Lucy” concept was a Beach Haven Fishery experiment that took place this past weekend and triumphed in tickling the taste buds and thrilling the senses. How I wish these culinary delights could be on the menu, but alas, time constraints in the production do not allow it.
