Kinchley's pizza, IMHO, is a great bar pie. Like its Orange, NJ counterpart, The Star Tavern, Kinchley's serves up extremely thin crust pizza with just the right ratio of sauce-to-cheese, and spices that are never overdone. This is excellent pizza, and even those of you who prefer thicker crusts will enjoy the flavor of this delicate bar pie. The next time I go to Kinchley's I just may ask them not to slice my pie so I can roll it up and eat it like a pseudo pizza-burrito (just a thought).

If it's your first time at Kinchley's and you are a pizza topping junkie, I implore you to try the plain pie for your maiden voyage. Sampling the pie "au naturale" is a culinary imperative in benchmarking the flavors before moving on to pepperoni or mushrooms and onions.
Oh and BTW, it's a little known fact that I'm a lover of Lionel Trains and boy is this place loaded with model train memorabilia. The kids will have a blast in this very cozy, very traditional American restaurant environment.
Another cool thing about Kinchley’s – on Monday nights they have all-you-can-eat ravioli and meatballs for $8.95 !
Say Whaaaaaaat?
