Comments:
There are some very good burgers being served at the Left Bank and the staff could not be nicer or more attentive. We started with house-made mac and cheese pops and house-made fried pickles, both were served with house-made buttermilk ranch dressing for dipping and both were surprisingly better than anticipated.
The Meltdown was the clear winner between these 2 burgers, it was excellent. The bun on the Mac Daddy Burger was way too much bread for this burger which knocked the burger-to-bun ratio off the charts. It was also cooked beyond the request for med-rare was ended in the area of med-well.
The mac & cheese patty it came topped with was dry and the garlic herb mayo was overly sweet.
With that said, I'm not rating the Mac Daddy.
The Meltdown however, gets a solid 9/10.
