The HausBurger - Single patty, (Pat LaFreida, brisket, chuck, short rib blend), lettuce, tomato, red onion, American cheese and HausSauce on potato bun.

This was a rare, holy-sh*t ! moment...

Those are the words I spoke to myself when I first bit into the Hausburger at BurgerStrasse. I wasn't expecting such a great tasting burger. Everything about it was perfect. It's very similar to a Shake Shack burger with the exception of the Sauce. I liked the HausSauce better because it's a milder version of SS's "ShackSauce" and doesn't compete with the flavor of the burger.

There's not much more I can add to the description of this perfectly executed meat sandwich, other than, go try some!

This burger gets a 10/10 on the BC rating scale.

I knew it was going to exceed my expectations as soon as I opened the take-out box and smelled that burger blend...
